vegan skin care products 

"Are your products vegan?"  We get asked this question quite often lately. The general answers is yes - although in a few select products such our facial masques, we do use honey and at times also buttermilk (and our ingredients are always responsibly sourced).  We also currently use honey in two of our moisturizers (our Red Raspberry & Aloe After-Sun Sorbet, and our Honey & Helichrysum Shea Butter Hand Cream). Some vegans have no problem with honey and buttermilk, while other vegans do, based on personal choice. However many of our skin care products actually do not even contain these two ingredients, and thus most of our products are indeed vegan in the stricter sense of the term.

We display the symbol beside our skin care products that do not contain the honey and buttermilk to make things easier for you at a glance while browsing and shopping.  We are also currently working on adding our product ingredients to the web site.
