The
word helichrysum is derived from the Greek word "helios" meaning sun and
"chrysos" meaning gold (a reference to the golden color of many of the
flowers in the species of this botanical genus). Since the time of the
ancient Greeks,
helichrysum essential oil has been both used and renowned
for its great wound healing ability, and was used often after battles.
Our delectable shea butter hand cream is chock full of soothing
ingredients (and - given the
ingredients and oils used - also pays hommage to the
Mediterranean, a place where people definitely know how to look after
their skin!)
We've blended
shea and mango butters, honey, rosehip oil, apricot kernel oil, avocado
oil, and grapeseed oil together with prized pure helichrysum and
chamomile essential oils for a simply incredible shea butter hand cream,
suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Soothing extracts of calendula
and red clover add to the skin-loving benefits of our decadent and
natural shea butter hand cream.
